TRACE - JRDC for PERA Innovation Park
TRACE – Sri Lanka signed an MoU with JRDC, Peradeniya to establish the TRACE model in Kandy.
JRDC is Sri Lanka’s best water technology research and incubator facility which was established as a joint project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), University of Peradeniya, and NWSDB.
Also, many other world-renowned science fraternities are connected with this facility.
With this MoU, TRACE will facilitate setting up coworking and incubator spaces for startups, industries, and researchers. Also, TRACE will facilitate building triple helix partner projects on science and technology with industry, government, and academia.
This will be the first phase of the larger Peradeniya Innovation Park.
